1、四辊轧机用途
四辊轧机适用于3mm以下普碳钢、合金钢、铜、铝及不锈钢带的冷轧。其中可分粗轧、精轧。本机型具有轧制力大,精度高,稳定性强等特点。
2、四辊轧机组成及结构特点：
本机由主电机、减速器、人字齿轮座、万向接轴、工作机座、电控柜等组成，辊系采用专用轧机轴承。

1. Use of four-high rolling mill
The four-high mill is suitable for cold rolling of ordinary carbon steel, alloy steel, copper, aluminum and stainless steel strips below 3mm. Which can be divided into rough rolling, finishing rolling. This machine has the characteristics of large rolling force, high precision and strong stability.

The machine is composed of main motor, reducer, miter gear holder, universal coupling shaft, working stand, electric control cabinet, etc. The roller system adopts special rolling mill bearing.
