横列式轧机的机座有三辊式和二辊式的。三辊式的由压下装置，平衡装置，上辊组装、中辊组装和下辊组装等部分组成。在中辊轴承座的上下面各有一对螺丝拉杆，上下轴承座分别桃装在螺丝拉杆上，并通过压上和压下装置使上下辊轴承座体沿拉杆的移动实现轧辊的颈向的调整，拉杆的端部用螺母拧紧，构成一个装配式封闭的机架，悬挂在单边的机架上。上中下轴承座经过热处理的35SiMnMo铸钢件，根据铸件的可能性，中辊轴承座和螺栓拉杆可以铸成整体，也可以分开加工，然后将拉杆焊到轴承座上。

Upper, middle and lower bearing seats after heat treatment of 35SiMnMo cast steel, depending on the possibility of casting, the middle roll bearing seat and bolt tie rod can be cast as a whole, or can be machined separately, and then the tie rod is welded to the bearing seat.
