2、二辊轧机的工作原理

  二辊轧机分为可逆式和不可逆式，现在一般都是采用可逆式。二辊轧机主要是通过两个旋转的轧辊将轧件咬入轧机，实现来料尺寸的变化完成轧钢的。轧制板材时轧辊工作面是平面，通过压下装置调节辊缝大小来实现板材厚度的变化。轧制线材是轧辊上刻有孔型，来料在孔型内完成断面形状及尺寸的变化，同时也可以通过压下装置调节辊缝来实现断面尺寸的变化。

  该设备为低碳钢、有色金属板材冷轧实验设备。具有先进的轧制工艺参数计算机采集装置，可进行轧制过程的压力、转矩、电机功率、转速等参数的测量。因此、在该设备上可进行材料轧制工艺的研究和冷轧件的开发。

4、二辊轧机组成及结构特点

  本机由主电机、减速器、人字齿轮座、万向接轴、工作机座、电控柜等组成，辊系采用专用轧机轴承，轧辊材质为 9Cr2Mo 。

2. Working principle of two-high rolling mill

With advanced rolling process parameters computer acquisition device, can be used to measure the rolling process pressure, torque, motor power, speed and other parameters.
