      1.设备用途

        本生产线采用连铸连轧的工艺方法,生产电工用普铝、铝合金杆(8×××系列),成品杆径φ9.5mm、φ12mm。

      2.简单工艺流程      

      2.1工艺流程示意如下:

      普铝锭及废铝线→熔化炉→保温炉→四(五)轮式连铸机→前牵引机 →滚剪机→锭坯过渡支撑装置 → 连轧机→二次曲线滚轮式铝杆冷却润滑装置→双框连续绕杆机→无油铝杆。

      2.2熔铝或已配好的熔态铝由保温炉经过流槽,注入四(五)轮式连铸机,连续铸成面积为2400mm2的梯形锭。用滚剪剪去废锭,将其前端压小,喂入连轧机出杆,经由双框绕杆机成框。

      3.设备组成

      机组主要由四(五)轮式浇铸机(整体式)、前牵引机、滚剪机、锭坯过渡支撑装置、连轧机系统、连轧机润滑油系统、连轧机乳液循环系统、二次曲线滚轮式铝杆冷却润滑系统、双工位铝杆成圈装置、连铸连轧机组电气控制系统等组成。

      4.2生产能力:                       2.5-5.3t/h

      4.3设备总尺寸:            32.05×7.2×4.2m(不包括炉子部份)

      1. Equipment use

      This production line adopts the process of continuous casting and rolling to produce ordinary aluminum and aluminum alloy rods (8××× × series) for electrical purposes. The diameter of the finished rods is φ9.5mm and φ12mm.

      2. Simple process flow

      2.1 The technological process is shown as follows:

      Aluminum ingot and scrap wire → melting furnace → holding furnace → four (five) wheel continuous casting machine → front tractor → roller shears → ingot billet transition support device → continuous rolling mill → quadratic curve roller type aluminum rod cooling and lubricating device → double frame continuous rod winding machine → oil-free aluminum rod.

      2.2 The molten aluminum or the prepared molten aluminum is injected into the four (five) wheeled continuous casting machine by the holding furnace through the flow trough to continuously cast into the trapezoidal ingot with an area of 2400mm2. The waste ingot was removed by rolling shear, the front end was pressed down and fed into the rod of the tandem rolling mill, and the frame was formed by the double frame winding machine.

      3. Equipment composition

      The unit is mainly composed of four (five) wheel casting machine (integral), front tractor, roller shears, ingot billet transition support device, continuous rolling mill system, continuous rolling mill lubricating oil system, continuous rolling mill emulsion circulation system, quadratic curve roller type aluminum rod cooling and lubrication system, double station aluminum rod ring forming device, electric control system of continuous casting and rolling mill.

      4. Main technical parameters

      4.1 Diameter of conductive aluminum rod: Φ9.5mm, Φ12mm

      4.2 Production capacity: 2.5-5.3t/h

      4.3 Total equipment size: 32.05×7.2×4.2m (excluding the furnace part)
