       冷轧螺纹钢轧机采用五轮珞钢除磷，除磷效果透彻。双轧工艺，副轧机与主轧机均采用主动式同步工艺钻石合金轧辊。 轧辊选用国内质量较好的株洲601钻石牌硬质合金。成品钢筋达到高延性冷轧带肋钢筋钢筋标准和GB13788-2008标准。轧辊损耗：按钢筋型号单槽生产：Φ6/1000T、Φ8/1200T、Φ10/3000T、Φ12/4000T、Φ14/6000T。自主研发双井式收线机，可自动切换无需停机，三面冷轧带肋钢筋机，收卷外观及性能和三级钢盘螺相同。
       延性冷轧带肋钢筋生产线是将Q235、Q215、Q195热轧盘园钢筋经冷轧、表面形成二面带有月牙的带肋钢筋，经研究国内外冷轧工艺装备的长处与不足，高延性冷轧带肋方案，成功研制二面肋冷轧带肋钢筋生产线，新型冷轧带肋轧机，透彻解决了长期困扰冷轧带肋钢筋延伸率不达标的难题。冷轧两肋螺纹钢筋加热生产线产品可节约三级钢中的贵重金属V钒、Nb铌、Ti钛，该机组操作方便，更换不同的钢筋不需要更换轧辊，机器制作简单调整，浙江冷轧带肋，不用润换粉、冷却液，生产成本低，是一套直条生产线，也可配收线机收卷。
