2、二辊轧机的工作原理

  二辊轧机分为可逆式和不可逆式，现在一般都是采用可逆式。二辊轧机主要是通过两个旋转的轧辊将轧件咬入轧机，实现来料尺寸的变化完成轧钢的。轧制板材时轧辊工作面是平面，通过压下装置调节辊缝大小来实现板材厚度的变化。轧制线材是轧辊上刻有孔型，来料在孔型内完成断面形状及尺寸的变化，同时也可以通过压下装置调节辊缝来实现断面尺寸的变化。

  该设备为低碳钢、有色金属板材冷轧实验设备。具有先进的轧制工艺参数计算机采集装置，可进行轧制过程的压力、转矩、电机功率、转速等参数的测量。因此、在该设备上可进行材料轧制工艺的研究和冷轧件的开发。

4、二辊轧机组成及结构特点

  本机由主电机、减速器、人字齿轮座、万向接轴、工作机座、电控柜等组成，辊系采用专用轧机轴承，轧辊材质为 9Cr2Mo 。

2. Working principle of two-high rolling mill

The rolling face is a flat surface, and the thickness of the plate can be changed by adjusting the size of the roll gap through the pressing device. Rolling wire is a roll engraved with a pass, the incoming material in the pass to complete the change of the shape and size of the section, but also can be adjusted by the roller seam to achieve the change of the section size.

3. Main functions of two high rolling mill
  The equipment is cold rolling experimental equipment of low carbon steel and non-ferrous metal sheet. With advanced rolling process parameters computer acquisition device, can be used to measure the rolling process pressure, torque, motor power, speed and other parameters. Therefore, the research of material rolling process and the development of cold rolled parts can be carried out on this equipment.
