热轧哈芬槽钢是热轧型钢产品中断面复杂、生产难度大的半闭口型钢，过去主要依赖进口。我公司从2014 年开始制作生产哈芬槽热轧生产线，已有多年生产经验，我公司针对异型坯宽度不合适、成品尺寸偏差大、热弯成形参数设计不合理等难题，形成了以厚度仿形坯料尺寸控制为核心的哈芬槽钢生产成套技术。
Hot-rolled Hafen channel steel is a semi-closed section steel with complex section and difficult production in hot-rolled section steel products. Our company began to produce Hafen groove hot rolling line in 2014, and has many years of production experience. Aiming at the problems such as improper width of shaped billet, large size deviation of finished product and unreasonable design of hot bending forming parameters, our company has formed a complete set of production technology of Hafen channel steel with thickness copying billet size control as the core.
