1.吐丝机的功能：

      吐丝机以圆周运动把夹送辊送来的线材吐成园为φ1050的线圈，并连续抛落在散卷冷却运输辊道上，以便进一步对线圈进     行冷却。

2. 设备组成：

      吐丝机为卧式布置，向下倾斜15°，由一根装于旋转芯轴上的吐丝管及传动装置组成。旋转芯轴通过一对圆锥齿轮由一台直（交）流调速电机驱动。吐丝管以设定转速旋转，就能吐出符合要求外径的线圈。

1. Function of spinning machine:

      The spinning machine, in circular motion, spits the wire sent by the clip feeding roller into a φ1050 coil, and continuously throws it on the loose coil cooling transport roller table, so as to further cool the coil.

2. Equipment composition:

      The spinning machine is arranged horizontally with a downward tilt of 15°. It is composed of a spinning tube and a transmission device mounted on a rotating mandrel. The rotating mandrel is driven by a direct (alternating) flow speed regulating motor through a pair of bevel gears. The spinneret rotates at a set speed to spit out coils of the required outside diameter.
