       冷轧扁钢是指截面为长方形并稍带钝边的钢材。冷轧扁钢可以是成品钢材，也可以做焊管的坯料和叠轧薄板用的薄板坯。

       Cold rolled flat steel is a rectangular steel with a slightly blunt edge. Cold rolled flat steel can be finished steel, but also can be used as blank welding pipe and thin slab for rolling sheet.

       Cold-rolled flat steel and cold-rolled square steel can be used for building hardware, household appliance hardware, tool hardware, door and window hardware, precision hardware manufacturing, standard stamping parts, hoop iron, tools and mechanical parts, and used for building frame structure parts, escalators, etc.
